I think people want to get involved in creating more planet friendly meat production but the cost of “organic” and grass fed beef versus corn fed/finished beef, leaves folks not only not able to afford being planet friendly, but also wondering why the difference is so great and feeling ripped off. I like me the taste of grass fed though
Good point about the economics - I’m not rich enough to eat pasture-raised meat all the time. Who is? The massive difference in price has to do with incentives, government subsidies, labeling laws, and more. I’m just beginning to peel this onion. Stay tuned for more!

Yes! Also, some agronomists are figuring out ways to change the formulas of cattle feed so that conventionally raised cows produce less methane.
